Following the success of our fit out of their High Street
office, BCM Hanby Wallace once again looked to FAA when they
chose to relocate to the former Harcourt Street Childrens
Hospital. We were commissioned to enhance the working environment
and facilities for employees and our role comprised a full
turn key fit out including project management of the entire
project from briefing, design and implementation to procuring
tenders for all aspects, including relocation.
Throughout the building subtle colour changes give each floor
its own identity. Offices were designed so that each individual
could orientate their desk to suit, allowing for an optional
apprentice or double occupancy arrangement. The aspect of
the uppermost floor overlooking the Iveagh Gardens suggested
the ideal meeting and conference room. A glazed window wall
optimizes views over the Gardens while small electrical current
opaques provide privacy during meetings as required.
